Would RecommendOrdered this on-line from Lowes. I ordered 2 sets because I had several windows to replace. We received 2 different kinds of screen material even though I ordered 2 of the same. One set did not come with the handheld rubber installer, but luckily the other set had one. I will say that we had not ever replaced our own screens and it went pretty well. Excellent price. Less than $10. Included screen, spline and spline too. I actually did purchase one more item which was a spline remover hook. It worked. I replaced my screen door screen without having to take the door apart. Lowes is a great store. They sold me inexpensive space heater a couple months ago that saved my RV pipes from freezing. I came from Wisconsin where there is a Menards which is really good but Lowe's is better.

Everything was in the box, but the roller tool was smashed. The box was perfectly intact so I assume the product was broken in the store or warehouse, not during shipping.
