What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this laminate flooring for its stunning appearance, durability, and straightforward installation. The wood-like aesthetic with realistic grain detail and rich color variations consistently impresses, with many noting it rivals authentic hardwood. Reviewers highlight its resilience under heavy foot traffic and pet use, plus the built-in underlayment enhancing comfort. The intuitive locking system makes installation smooth for both DIYers and professionals. A few report minor edge flaking during setup, and one disputes waterproof claims, but these isolated concerns barely diminish the strong overall satisfaction most customers express.

Hi Lucy. Thank you for the 5-star review on the TimberCraft Lathrop Oak Waterproof Laminate Flooring. - Shanna
Nice when finished but very difficult to install.
Installation very difficult. It comes apart too easily once tapped in when tapping farther away. Felt like install took 3 times longer than necessary. Otherwise it seems to be acceptable. Would not recommend to a DIYr and non pro. Would not purchase again. Previous brand purchased from Lowes was much easier to install.

Installation Services delayed a month
Would RecommendThe product itself is great. It's beautiful. However, I used Lowes installation services and they do not provide updates on the order. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I had to go to the store multiple times to find out why the installation had not yet been scheduled. Turns out there was ONE small product that had get to be ordered and the associate told me "that's not even a product we can order". So basically, my order would have been in limbo forever until I called. To top it off, the instal...

Would Not RecommendBuyer beware. Does not lock together as described. I've laid multiple laminate floors and this one is ridiculous. Then i read the reviews on Pergo's website and was convinced to return it.

Lowe's Mistake
Would Not RecommendI had to bring all the flooring I bought back into the store because the checkout guy, Allen, overcharged me for two boxes I did not get. They processed it as a return, but I've not seen the $98 hit my bank account yet. Lowe's sales hit your bank account immediately, but not your returns.
