What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its intuitive installation, realistic wood appearance, and durable construction. Most highlight the DIY-friendly locking system requiring minimal tools and no professional help. Reviewers consistently note the convincing wood grain, natural color variation, and high-end aesthetic appeal. Many commend its waterproof qualities and resilience in high-traffic areas and homes with pets. The attached underlayment adds appreciated cushioning and noise reduction. A few report minor edge chipping or find the pattern repetitive, though these concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, customers consider it a worthwhile, long-lasting investment.

Great product for DIY, strong and flexible
Would RecommendFirst time doing a floating floor and this was super easy. The flooring goes together well just get yourself a good tap block. You can cut it with either a laminate flooring cutter or using any standard wood cutting blade (I used a table saw and a jig saw as well as a cutter). The laminate is strong and flexible. My house is old with a crawl so its not a perfect flat slab. This laid down really well. The attached foam stayed attached even when cut. Just ensure you sang down and sharp bump...

Very Disappointed in the Poor Quality & Durability
Would Not RecommendWe purchased the Pergo EverCraft Winding Creek Oak flooring in April 2025. We installed it a few months later in our brand-new construction home of over 3500 sq ft. Here we are not even 7 months after moving in and we are experiencing issues all over the house with the flooring. We have places where the flooring has dings, dents or holes in it. We have other spots where the wood finish is coming off and the black underlayer is visible. Other areas show a random bubble within the plank that appea...

Not very good communicating with customer
Would Not RecommendVery disappointed in the process of trying to get something settled with Pergo and Lowe’s how to get a response on what they are going to do about my damaged flooring. I have sent numerous emails and haven’t gotten any response in a few weeks. Lowe’s y’all definitely have to get a better process on warranty flooring that y’all are selling from Pergo. Nobody seem to know the process of getting something warranted through Pergo for some reason I would really like a response from upper management o...
