Ratings & Reviews for Pergo (Swatch Sample) Pro with WetProtect Knightwood Oak 10-mm T x 7-1/2-in W Waterproof Laminate Wood Flooring

Absolute piece of garbage

This is the fourth floor we’ve installed - usually a project we enjoy and can get done in a few hours. But not with this cr@p. Purchased 17 boxes, returned 16. Kept one box only because we had cut a few pieces and couldn’t return those, although given the hours wasted on trying to install it we should have tried. Of the 3 boxes we opened- got 5 pieces locked together. Nothing else even came close. No locking, no clicking - just a lot of frustration and expletives. Save yourself time and mo...

Pro+ We Protect Silo Oak Pergo floor

This is a great product for do-it-yourself people with basic wood working skills. The floor boards snapped together even in tight places. This is excellent flooring I give it 10 out of 10

For starters it is beautiful, very easy to install and came with the highest quality of materials and quality control that you can always expect from Pergo. I am a very happy customer!

Durable planks easy to install

The product appears to be very durable. Out of 7 cartons, one carton had visible damage that was not noticed by the Lowe's associate loading the boxes. About 5 of the planks had serious damage on the short end of the planks and the carton was returned to Lowe's for a refund and a replacement carton was bought. Another 7 cartons were also purchased later. Although none of these cartons showed visible external damage, in one carton almost all 11 planks had minor damage on the short groove end of e...

Buckled and not covered by warranty

Our Pergo flooring buckled after less than 5 years, and the warranty claim was denied due to alleged installation issues. We purchased this flooring specifically for its waterproof properties, but the buckling has compromised that feature entirely. While the floor is still within the product warranty period, we were told the damage isn’t covered because they cannot determine if it due to installation issues or product failure. The installation was arranged through Lowe’s and contracted out to ...
