What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this flooring for exceptional ease of installation, realistic wood-like appearance, and durable performance. Most highlight how planks snap together with minimal force, allowing solo weekend installation with basic tools. Reviewers consistently note the convincing wood grain, warm tones, and authentic texture rival real hardwood. Many emphasize scratch resistance and waterproof properties, particularly valuable for pet owners and high-traffic areas. The built-in underlayment and affordability compared to alternatives reinforce strong satisfaction. A few report damaged planks upon arrival or subfloor compatibility issues, but these are vastly outweighed by positive feedback.

Lowe's Ballwin, MO
Would RecommendAdditionally, l bought an outdoor "bistro" table & chair set, along with some solar lights. All from the Lowe's in Ballwin, MO. My purchase & opening of a Lowes Pro credit card, was made super easy by the wonderful assistance from employees Tony & (Delilah or Donita.?). They took the time to help me step by step with both the items & credit card opening. They were of great help.!

Chips SO bad
Would Not RecommendI usually do stain master but my Lowe’s was out of stock. I have figured out why there was a ton of this brand and not a lot of stain master… this floor chips SO easy. The color was beautiful but I was upset to spend $700 on all of this flooring with multiple chips throughout while installing. My stain master in the other room did not chip at all while installing.

Amazing team in Lake Havasu store!
Would RecommendWe ordered this flooring for my dad’s house and because we needed so much the order had to come from the distributor. This caused some confusion with the order and a pricing error when I placed the order online. However when I called and got in touch with Theresa Blair she was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She helped to coordinate the details between us, her store and the distributor. She called me back multiple times and even ensured our delivery with her local team. Theresa made this complex order w...
