Love it!

Love the look of my new floor. Lowes installers were prompt, courteous and worked quickly. Flooring lightened up the room and made much easier to keep it clean! Waterproofing is great when you have pets!

DuraCraft Sarlat Oak. Nice design but bad materail

I think this is actually my first time leaving a product review with Lowe’s, but I felt I had to share my experience with this flooring. On September 4, I purchased approximately 200 sq. ft. of Pergo DuraCraft Sarlat Oak 22-mil LVP from Lowe’s in South Tampa. To be fair, the color and overall design are really nice. Galway Oak

Very beautiful flooring. Since the color is lighter you can see scuffs more visibly. We got it installed right before we moved into our new house, but it’s easy to clean off. I plan to get the same flooring for the basement

Great quality

Love the color. Darker than expected but looks fantastic. Like it better than the lifeproof floors we put in a couple years back.

Very poor quality, not worth the price

I have done construction and flooring for many years and I’m very disappointed with this Pergo LVP flooring. The edges break and crumble extremely easily and the surface tears with even light blows from a rubber mallet. For 40 cents a square foot more the Smart Core brand is much much much better in quality and ease of installation. Beware of this Pergo, it will give you many headaches and regrets during installation.

Broken corners in shipping

I had 10 boxes ordered, 8 was damaged & returned. Lowe's ordered 8 more boxes. I waited a week, and I only recieved 7 boxes. I was charged for 8, but only received credit for 7 boxes that were delivered by Fed Ex.

incorrect amt recieved

I had 8 boxes ordered. They were to be delivered Fri from 11 till 3. never came. I was away Sat morning when the order was delivered. I only got 7 boxes. I have no idea where the 8th box was delivered by Fed Ex. left by the garage in the rain, not put on the porch. I called Lowes Sat to say didn't get 8 boxes. talked to John in installation.

Quality Pickup Service

20260822: Brian helped us with the PICKUP service. He provided the forklift, altered the load direction so it would fit on our trailer and helped us secure the trailer for the trip home. Brian's service was exceptional.
