Durability & Stain resistance

Purchased about a month ago. I am really enjoying this floors durability - specifically its stain resistance and scratch resistance. Moving furniture across the floor has left it unscathed. I also have a toddler who has thrown toys and other objects across the room, dragged bins and cars - yet it still stands. When doing touch up’s in the room I accidentally got several drops of paint on the floor to my dismay. However, I was able to clean them up with some spray and paper towels.

One room at a time! It’s looking great, easy to install, and higher quality from what we’re going to put in!

Additionally, l bought an outdoor "bistro" table & chair set, along with some solar lights. All from the Lowe's in Ballwin, MO. My purchase & opening of a Lowes Pro credit card, was made super easy by the wonderful assistance from employees Tony & (Delilah or Donita.?). They took the time to help me step by step with both the items & credit card opening. They were of great help.!

I have 4 unopened boxes of Silo Oak flooring, Quarter Rounds and other flooring material that was not used. How Do I return them?

I bought Pergo flooring about 6 years said it was water proof. It was not a blistered in a many place. I filed a complaint Pergo said get somebody from lowes to look at it. Guy from lowes came took pictures to Pergo him or O never heard from them. Floor has buckles .

Chips SO bad

I usually do stain master but my Lowe’s was out of stock. I have figured out why there was a ton of this brand and not a lot of stain master… this floor chips SO easy. The color was beautiful but I was upset to spend $700 on all of this flooring with multiple chips throughout while installing. My stain master in the other room did not chip at all while installing.

This flooring is really great quality..essy to install, I watched a YouTube video and everything went well.

Terrible experience

I gave two stars because this offer to submit a review did not include the additional item we purchased in the order. That item was the matching quarter round that the store did not notify us when it had arrived. Went to the Lowes in Corona CA to inquire. Manager there advised me that the item arrived but was completely damaged beyond use. The Lowes sales person who provided us a quote for install, included inaccurate labor for something we did not need to have removed because we did not have it...

Amazing team in Lake Havasu store!

We ordered this flooring for my dad’s house and because we needed so much the order had to come from the distributor. Delivered on time in the rain.

This seems like a good product and when I needed more to do more rooms the order process was quick and easy and next day delivery was great. The only problem I have with this order was that it showed up in the back of a pickup truck in the rain so all of the boxes were wet. Hopefully none of the product took on water. I guess we will have to wait to see.
