What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this flooring for its realistic wood-like appearance, straightforward installation, and exceptional durability. Reviewers consistently highlight the natural grain patterns and warm colors that transform spaces, with many noting the planks mimic real wood convincingly. Installation is frequently cited as easy and tool-friendly, with secure locking mechanisms manageable for first-time DIYers. The flooring withstands heavy foot traffic, resists scratches, and performs well in moisture-prone areas, with several customers confirming waterproof claims through informal testing. A small number report damaged planks or initial assembly difficulty, but most find the value excellent and express strong brand loyalty for future projects.

I gave two stars because this offer to submit a review did not include the additional item we purchased in the order. That item was the matching quarter round that the store did not notify us when it had arrived. Went to the Lowes in Corona CA to inquire. Manager there advised me that the item arrived but was completely damaged beyond use. The Lowes sales person who provided us a quote for install, included inaccurate labor for something we did not need to have removed because we did not have it...

Amazing team in Lake Havasu store!
Would RecommendWe ordered this flooring for my dad’s house and because we needed so much the order had to come from the distributor. This caused some confusion with the order and a pricing error when I placed the order online. However when I called and got in touch with Theresa Blair she was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She helped to coordinate the details between us, her store and the distributor. She called me back multiple times and even ensured our delivery with her local team. Theresa made this complex order w...

Delivered on time in the rain.
Would RecommendThis seems like a good product and when I needed more to do more rooms the order process was quick and easy and next day delivery was great. The only problem I have with this order was that it showed up in the back of a pickup truck in the rain so all of the boxes were wet. Hopefully none of the product took on water. I guess we will have to wait to see.

Would RecommendThe flooring seems nice but a lower quality than other series, we went with the Evercraft because of the water and protection it offers.

Would RecommendThis product gives the look and feel of luxury without the price point. It’s just the perfect brown tone LVP without gray/orange tones. The warranty with PERGO also solidified my decision. With a Labrador I need something waterproof and scratch proof.
