Pergo Rustic Amber Chestnut

i love my floors. installed several years ago and they are mostly doing well; however, at the outside door the quarter round is not holding up. the top layer has flaked off. Where can I purchase matching quarter round? None of the local stores have it in stock or available for online purchase.

Beautiful, but not fully waterproof

The floors are beautiful, were easy to install, and absolutely have held up against scratches and wear despite having 4 dogs and a kiddo in the house. The only issue we've run into is that if there are spills or moisture that isn't cleaned up immediately, the seams between the boards are absorbing the moisture and the boards are puffing up at the seams. Great flooring.

The appearance is a very much real wood look. It feels nice to walk on and it's not a slippery feel.

Lowes delivery is terrible!

The product itself is fine. It's Lowes that is troublesome. Oh? You want this delivered? Not going to happen. Can you get it moved from one store to another? No! Do I have to drive 120 miles, one way, to get the product I need because it isn't available in the warehouse anymore? Yes, you do!

love th look and feel

i absolutely love the look and feel of this flooring! HOWEVER, i am having to tear up and replace several planks due to the edges bubbling up. is there maybe a sealer or clear matte protectant that would be appropriate to put on it after i replace the ruined planks?

Great look! Really water proof!

Looks really nice. Easy to install. I placed my sample in a bucket of water overnight, when I took it out, you couldn't tell it had been underwater overnight!

Impossible to install, joints won't lock in place

This flooring was impossible to install and after fighting with it for several hours, we ended up returning it. We have installed several laminate floors and have the needed tools, but the pieces of this flooring would not lock together. Every time we would move on to another piece, previous pieces that we thought were locked would pop back apart. We could not get the joints to stay tight and eventually had no choice but to give up. Quality flooring

Pergo has a great reputation. I like the texture, color and durability. It can be a pain to get the last price in each row in- the edge gets damaged pretty easy using the Z bar- but that gets covered by trim anyway. I found that if you install the two last price together and slide them into place along the short edge of existing flooring- then gently hammer the long edge into place, allowing the outer edge to rise before snapping in flat- this works well.
