What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the realistic wood-like appearance, rich color options, and solid feel underfoot. Most highlight the beautiful wood grain, durability, and waterproof properties as major strengths, noting the flooring holds up well to everyday use and elevates home aesthetics. However, many report frustration with the locking mechanism during installation, citing difficulty getting seams connected and damaged edges. Some mention inconsistent plank dimensions or factory damage upon arrival. Despite installation challenges, most customers consider the flooring a worthwhile investment for its visual appeal and long-term durability.

Would Not RecommendI think this is very good flooring but it is extremely hard to install. It is so difficult to snap it together. 16 boxes almost killed me lol. It’s lvp (vinyl) so treat it like hardwood. Put sliders under anything you move across it. I think it will be very durable and hopefully worth all the frustration of installing it but if I had a do over I’d choose a different brand just because if how hard it is to lock together. I bet it will be 3 days before my hands stop hurting.
Best Flooring EVER!
Would RecommendBest flooring I have ever lived with, installed, cleaned, dealt with for BIG dogs. Love the look and the durability overall. LOVE IT!

Great quality!
Would RecommendBought to replace outdated carpeting in my family room. The color is excellent and complements the off-white walls perfectly. It is fairly simple to install. Cutting pieces to fit the edges of my room was done with simple tools (circular saw, jig saw).

Beautiful, Tricky Install
Would RecommendThese floors are lovely but a bit tricky to install. They click together, but after a lot of maneuvering and in several places, even when I got them snapped together perfectly, they would shift later after I installed more boards. Because there is no adhesive, it's easy to backtrack and redo several boards. I had to that several times though there are still places where they have shifted and the panels have gaps. Worth noting, I have never done flooring before so this was a totally new experienc...

Love the Lisbon Brown color! Was looking for a light blonde color and this worked perfect. The material isn't as smooth as I'd hope, but pretty typical feeling of LVP. It is easy to sweep, hides the bits of cat litter well until cleaned, and handles the drips of water well.
