Really great grass seed….
Well, what can I say but that it works, and works well. I put it down on trussed up soil and then in a week I had grass growing. I had to water at least once per day since it was hot must of the day. But then it rained good for a day and wow did it grow. Now it is still growing but I’m being as gentle as I can on it since the roots aren’t deep as yet. Next year it will be a hardy crop…

I have grass!!
Would RecommendAbout 85% of my grass died over the winter. I have been re-seeding section by section since late August with this product. I turn the soil, drop the grass seed, cover with peat moss and water. It is working! It takes each section several days to sprout. The grass is, at least so far, a bright green with blades that are wider than blue grass. I think it may be a more drought tolerant grass than blue grass. Would Not RecommendThis product is a scam. They deliberately use the name "Contractor" to make the buyer believe it will be a 'value buy'. And if you don't read the package carefully, pound-for-pound, it seems like a good value. BUT ITS FAKE! The majority of the weight (and therefore quantity of actual seed) is this fake green coating.
