Would Not RecommendI've used this product before somewhat successfully on a hill. But this year, despite careful preparation, good weather, and regular watering, a very sparce density of grass germinated after 2 weeks. I covered some other bare spots at the same time with rapid grass seed and simple top soil with much better (and more economical) results. I ended up having to overseed this product with seed and topsoil given its poor germination density. Very disappointed and will not purchase this product again.

Would Not RecommendDon't be fooled by the package. This "10-pound" mix is maybe 1-2 pounds of actual grass seed, the rest is 'fertilizer' and cover material. Further, none of the grass grew. Save your money, time, and effort, and a second trip to the store for better grass seed.
