Lack of Management Supervision
Unable to reach blocks due to limited supply coupled with being located three feet back on middle rack. Additionally, some fallen to floor in the middle of two racks. Extremely POOR.

Would RecommendI use concrete blocks around my rose bed and its a sheer beauty, I love how it works with the red roses especially they are red so it really enhances the color.
