I will NOT buy this product again.

The description of this product is misleading. I expected a scent free product. Instead I now own a powerfully scented product I cannot use. The scent clings to plastics items making them unsuitable for food contact. The scent gives me a headache and activates my Dyson air filter when set on automatic.

Like this product for multiple uses

Have used for general cleaning (floors, tile) as well as for dishes and cleaning my stainless steel. Smells clean and cuts grease.

Cleans and kills bacteria!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Palmolive Antibacterial dish liquid. Palmolive not only cleans my dishes to a deep down shine, but also kills the bacteria that may be on my dishes as well. Palmolive gives me peace of mind that my dishes are truly clean!

Lovely scent

I will never buy this product again.

I have never written a negative review before. As a third generation Palmolive user and person who is very sensitive to fragrances, I believed your label and was thrilled to find you made a Pure and Clear with no unnecessary ingredients ( your words, not true ). Of course the ingredients aren't listed on the bottle, but looking them up I find you added fragrance to the Pure and Clear to make it "pleasant." Many people find that it closes up their breathing passages and this is false advertising,...

MISLEADING NAME - not hypoallergenic, and has fragrance

This is MISLEADING. (1) It's playing off the qualities of competing products that are actually gentle -- like 7th generation Free & Clear that's actually fragrance free, or the detergent All Free and Clear, which is also unscented. (2) Says it is hypoallergenic but has fragrance; any decent dermatologist would say avoid scent, natural or not and (3) IT SHOULD SAY LIGHT SCENT ON THE FRONT OF THEBOTTLE and (4) They make a Pure and Clear Lavender, so it makes it seem like this one is unscented sinc...

Do not buy

This item uses very sneaky and misleading wording. It is free of UNNECESSARY ingredients. That only means that they deem artificial fragrance and harmful chemicals to be necessary. I'm very disappointed in this purchase, and I will return to avoiding palmolive product lines.

A great product!

I thought this was the best dish soap I've used in my 75 years. I loved the scent and the feel.

Love this product

I have been using this product to wash my twins bottles, sippy cups, water bottles since they were babies! Has a great smell also!

smells like cheap perfume

This smells like the perfume they sold in dime stores in the 60's. Or more like ragweed. It gave me a headache and IT IS ABSOLUTLELY NOT UNSCENTED/NON PERFUMED/SMELL FREE

Cleans beautifully

Very impressed with how clean the kitchen and bathroom look. My bathtub sparkles. Great with hard water deposits, but could be improved to remove hard to get mold. Smells wonderful.

Horrid smelling.

This product is neither "Pure" nor "Clear." There are unnecessary ingredients, despite your slogan. I find the eucalyptus and lavender odors offensive. I can't stand using this product. Please call it something else than "Pure and Clear" so my poor husband doesn't mix them up again.

HAS A FRAGRANCE!!

I will never purchase again..the fragrance is WAY TO MUCH!! its supposed to be free and clear!!

Why does this have such a strong fragrance?

Fragrances can give people headaches and breathing problems. One would not expect such strong fragrance in a product described as Pure and Clear and NO UNNECESSARY ingredients.

Not a fan of the scent

I usually steer towards natural ingredients or the "free and clear" type. There was no ingredient list on the bottle but it states "no unnecessary ingredients" so I gave it a try. As soon as I opened it I was nauseated by the fragrance smell to the point that I gave the bottle away. Since when is artificial fragrance a "necessary ingredient"? When I saw the lavender and eucalyptus advertised on the bottle, I assumed it was of essential oil origin given it is advertised as a free and clear produc...

Impressive capability to clean oily surfaces

The label "pure and clear" would lead one to think that there is no scent. In truth, there is a mild scent and it is not offensive as one might assume from a bottle of chemicals. The "no unnecessary" ingredients is also misleading; someone may not need the elements aiding maintaining consistency and shelf-life.

I would not buy this product again ever - contains fragrance

This is a joke -- the scent is terrible. Fragrance is added - how is that "no unnecessary ingredients??" I'm so disappointed. This is a scam.

SCENTED! Will not buy again

So Angry! Braved the supermarket during the pandemic to get more dish soap. My family is chemically sensitive...especially my elderly mother gets asthma attacks from scents. So I carefully selected "pure+clear". There were plenty of other palmolive soaps on the shelf with colors and fragrances, so obviously pure+clear means none. NOT SO! Strong smell, rash and asthma as the result. COVID19 means I cannot return this to the store.
