What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this caulk for exceptional durability and performance, with most noting it lasts significantly longer than standard alternatives and maintains watertight seals without cracking even in extreme weather. Reviewers highlight its smooth application, quick paintability within an hour, and ability to fill large gaps on diverse surfaces. The thick, sticky consistency provides superior adhesion and flexibility compared to traditional sealants. A small group reported dried-out or overly stiff tubes requiring returns, though these issues are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction with the product's reliability and effectiveness.

Super easy to use
Would RecommendI’m impressed with how easy the sealant was to apply to a gap in my standing seam roof where a vent pipe was. I was able to build up an effective barrier to prevent leaks in my roof and around several windows. I love the new tip attachment process as well.

Works so good.
Works so good that I had to remove a window and it was hard to clean this off. Apparently it adheres as it should and is a good choice for installing windows.

Cedar Siding
Would RecommendBought this for sealing the edges of my house cedar siding. Every few years I have to replace a board or two, and this is my go-to sealer. Easy to work with, as well as being able to paint over it without problems! Stick with the white if you need to paint over it imo.

Was exactly what I needed for my job
Would RecommendThe QUAD MAX sealant worked great for sealing around my windows and doors. It went on smoothly, adhered well, and was easy to work with when applying and smoothing the bead. I also like that it’s paintable, which made it easy to match the surrounding trim once it dried. The white color blended in nicely, and the seal feels durable and weather-resistant. Overall, a great sealant for exterior projects and something I’d definitely use again.
