Good buy, poor purchase experience.

These handles are were a good buy. They are solid and easy to install. They look great. The only problem I had purchasing them was with Lowe's and not the hardware. I needed almost 100 handles and had to go to 4 stores to find that many as Lowe's would not transfer them to my local store. I also learned that you can in no way trust Lowe's inventory count.

Nice, sturdy and pretty

This is a very sturdy handle. It is very easy to install as well. Got it to match others and it fits right in. The brushed nickel goes with the items already in the room.

These cabinet handles were a very close match to the handles already in our home. They were an easy install and look great

The price is good compared to others. The look is sleek. I could just see getting pants pockets caught on the ends because they extend beyond where the holes are.

After a very rocky customer no-service opening, the NMB store had just completed a two month period of extraordinary customer service: greetings by staff upon entry, employees walking the aisles asking customers if they need assistance, and a thank you at exit. All this abruptly stopped the day a new general manager took over. Coincidence? Maybe. But the NMB Lowe’s is back to non-existent customer service, and I can shop just as easily down the street at the competition. They offer no cust...
