Rudeness
Would RecommendThe customer service personnel were very rude. I needed assistance with my lowes card, but I decided to walk away because of their behavior. I contacted via chat with one of your associates and left a long message. I hope the message got to the store supervisor. I am guessing the manager never got the message because or didn't care because nobody has contacted me yet.
