Would RecommendBeautiful textured rug. It’s not as rough as I imagined. Use a rug pad. I have a dog and found he does make the rug looked pulled in areas. Probably not the best option with a 35+ lb dog.

Disappointed in the quality
Would Not RecommendBought this 8 months ago and it is a completely different color than it originally was. It is now a yellow color rather than the ivory it first came as, and it does not get excessive sunlight throughout the day. I vacuum multiple times per week and it still sheds excessively as well. It’s not a horrible rug but for sure wouldn’t purchase this one again.

Good quality - warm/yellow undertone

Disappointing
Would Not RecommendBought the rug just a couple weeks ago and I’m quite disappointed. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. However, the color is nowhere near off-white as it indicates. They color is yellowish buttercream and doesn’t suit the color scheme in my living room at all. The return shipping cost is too expensive to ship back such a bulky item. Now I’m stuck with this rug.

Handspun Jute Rug
Would RecommendI ordered two large area rugs. One arrived with bright pink staining (you could see it inside the clear packaging) before it was opened that I was not able to remove from the rug. I contacted Rugs USA, and they replaced the rug free of charge and picked up the flawed rug. Now I have two beautiful cream colored area rugs. There is some shedding, but that is to be expected from a natural rug. Thank you for the excellent customer service and making it right - easily.
