Not at all what I expected and I ordered 2 very large size for 2 different rooms just depressed very costly and I'm stuck with them

Substantial and Lovely

I am very pleased with the look and quality of this rug. It is placed under my black dining room table.

High Quality Jute Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love jute rugs and have incorporated quite a few into my home design over the years. This rug is high quality and the “spun” jute gives it an extra shine that makes it work even in a more formal space. It is thick and comfortable underfoot and I am very pleased so far.

Discolored after 1 year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this rug in Off White for 1 year and it has turned yellow. It's located in my bedroom, where it's not walked on very often and never with shoes on. It's rarely in direct sunlight, so I am shocked it discolored this much.

Jute rug natural

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have unfortunately had to put this rug outside. It was perhaps heavily treated with a chemical or a cocktail of chemicals resulting in terrible fumes seeping out of the rug. The fumes were so bad I could taste them on my tongue just walking in the room where the rug was. We’re hoping that airing the rug outside might be helpful. Otherwise we’ll return it.

Just what I was looking for

Replaced an old west elm rug and looks just as nice. Good natural color.

Jute Rug for the Win

real jute rug!

Sheds worse than a dog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with this purchase. The fibers get everywhere--all over the navy blue couch, all over my children. It takes constant vacuuming despite following the care instructions.

Soft but it sheds and looses its shape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its quick to lose its structure and sheds its fibers easily so i can't really sit on the rug. Within the first month the knots start to loosen as well, so purchase with caution

Very nice Jute rug

Rug was true to size, laid out well without creases. It's slightly more yellow than in the pictures, but was complementary to our natural wood coffee table.

Nice but.....

I purchased this rug in natural for my LR & DR Both rugs are beautiful & have held up well so I got the runner in natural for my hallway. The quality is excellent & it is nicely made BUT the coloration is very odd. In two sections, at each end of the runner, it appears like there is a 9" stripe in grey. The area does not get a lot of light so it is not as noticeable but when the hall lights are on the areas are VERY obvious. Disappointed since this was not something on my LR & DR rugs.

Still smells moldy... disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off – the rug looks great for the price. The thick weave makes it look more expensive. Some reviews mention it’s soft. It’s not, but it’s jute, so that’s to be expected. Second – don’t even think about vacuuming it unless you have a really small, low powered vacuum like a stick vacuum, or maybe just use the hose attachments.
