What Customers Are Saying
The shag rug with tassels is generally well-received, with many positive comments about its softness, color, and value. Customers describe it as soft, plush, and a great buy. However, some found the rug to be thinner and less dense than expected, requiring a rug pad for extra cushioning. There were also a few complaints about shedding and unraveling tassels. Overall, it appears to be a decent quality, affordable rug, with the color and softness being the main highlights, though the thinness may be a drawback for some.

Threadbare
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So cheaply made you can see the exposed rug frame between strands of shag. Looks thin and ratty. Very poor quality.

Dream shag rug
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color is great, also very soft, but the rug is extremely thin. No cushion at all to it. Will be returning

Very impressed with the rugs, I ordered 2 in different sizes. They arrived within 2 days. They fit perfectly in my 2 bedrooms. Would definitely recommend.

Very cheap
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cheaply made deceptive picture of the product on line

Feels fake, not soft, not worth it
Would Not RecommendThe package came and it is MUCH thinner than the pictures online. The strands are the width of a spaghetti noodle and it's very thin. Feels incredibly fake, not soft. Save your money and pick something else. Also the color is white, not beige.

Exceeded my expectations!
Would RecommendI was a bit leery about buying a rug on the internet because the last time I did I ended up with something that looked totally different from what I thought I ordered. I am extremely happy with my rug and it really makes my living room look bigger and more homey. The rug was not heavy to move in from my patio & easy to unwrap & lay down. I ran the vacuum over it to fluff it up, it is very soft and fluffy. I ordered the 6x9 beige, hope this helps!

I love this rug
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug! I have the same exact runner in my kitchen except I bought this rug a little too small. Going to exchange for a bigger size
