Gorgeous rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend buying this rug if anyone is trying to elevate the look of their home, it’s prettier in real life than anticipated and quite comfy to walk on- don’t dip out on buying the rug padding

It has a nice pile without being too “shaggy”-minus one star because it has been out for about 10 days and it still has not fully “relaxed” Also just a warning... the smell when we first unpacked it was unbearable. Had to open all the windows and turn up the fan.

Beautiful rug!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug really brings our bedroom together. It is soft and comfortable to walk on and looks expensive. I also got the runner for the hallway connecting our bedroom and office area/ dressing room. The large rug came folded in half which made it easier to carry upstairs; but did leave wrinkles. I used weights on flat slats to get the wrinkles out. I love the new rug smell which didn’t bother me at all.

Lovely rug

Love this, but the off gassing was so bad I nearly had to put this outside. It just wasn’t convenient to do that but I just haven’t experienced such a chemical odor from Rugs USA before. Can’t recommend it unless you’re prepared to leave it where it can off gas safely!

Low quality & smelly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very upset with and ended up returning the rug. It was such obvious low quality. It would not lay flat and was incredibly bumpy. It also had a strong chemical smell. I wouldn’t waste my time and purchase from this company again.

Nothing like the picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hopeful about this rug because it contained the perfect colors for my bathroom. When I received it, the detail was blurry, not like it shows up in the picture as a refined flat weave rug. The density is also quite flimsy. Disappointed.

Cute but stinky and warped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the rug, but it smells terrible and has wrinkles that will take who knows how long to come out. I was advised to leave the rug outside for 2-3 days for the smell.... I left it out for 5 and it still smells so bad that I can’t work in my office where the rug is.

Looks Don't Deceive

Color issues
