What Customers Are Saying
The rug is described as having a mixed quality, with some customers finding it beautiful, soft, and well-suited for their space, while others report it as thin, cheap, and not as described. Positive feedback highlights the appealing color, texture, and overall look and feel. However, negative reviews mention the rug being rough, scratchy, and not laying flat, as well as issues with shedding and durability in high-traffic areas. The reviews suggest this rug may be best suited for low-traffic spaces and may not offer the expected value for some customers.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a rug that was a bit interesting, and the trellis pattern really is cute. I didn’t want white, because that’s not smart when you have multiple pets, but pink in my size was not available. The white looks great... but surely not for long. The best part is I wanted a rug my cats would enjoy, and as you can see from the video, they do!!!

Exactly like description.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love this rug! It does have a slightly unfinished look about it, but that’s the charm. I put it on carpet, so it did not need a mat; lays flat after a couple of days. It probably wouldn’t be great for a high-traffic area due to the different heights in the design. Perfect for the foot of my bed. Great accent piece to make the room look very polished. Purchased: Ivory.

Very disappointed
Not at all the quality I was expecting. The shag is great, the rug itself is almost like outdoor carpet. Very disappointed.
