Don't order online

Would give 0 stars. Not only did it come folded (genius delivery for a rug), but it wasn't even wrapped or have any protective packaging, and it was also just thrown in a box that was completely ripped open. Not exactly how I want a supposed "new" rug that's coming inside my home. Just out there for dirt, bugs, etc. to get all over it before it even arrives. Terrible shipping.
