Love Rug -taking time to flatten it

Terrible Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was folded in half and taped together before it is thrown in the box. This caused the rug to have horrible, permanent crease down the middle that can be seen and felt under the feet. Putting heavy, flat furnitures over the rug for 2 days did not straighten out the rug.Unbelievable packaging for a rug retailer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the larger rug for my living room and I loved the color of it so much that I decided to buy a new one for my kitchen, but the one that came from my kitchen is like a light gray. It’s not even black like the other one I was a little disappointed about that. But it’ll work.

great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] laid down pretty nice right away, just some curling up a bit on one side, a little rug tape will help. I did buy a 1/4" rug pad for more comfort underfoot as it is in our living room. Overall happy.

Great Rug

Won’t lay flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is thicker then expected so I’m not sure it will be washable. I have had the rug for 2 weeks and it won’t lay flat. Plus it keeps slipping off the liner under the rug.

Not Happy

Wrinkles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the rug. However, because the rug was folded and not rolled, I can’t get the wrinkles out. Any suggestions would help. Is it possible to steam it with a hand steamer?

It’s okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was just okay. I would not be happy if it wasn’t clearance priced. It’s very thin and rolled out it still has wrinkles two weeks later. No very soft, but will fit the bill for awhile.
