Everything I wanted!

I ordered the 10’ x 14’ for a room that’s 12’ x 16’. Leaves a just-right border of tile around it. I couldn’t be more pleased. The room below is still in progress.

It was exactly what I wanted! Easy to clean ( my dog threw up on it already). Even though shipping was expensive, definitely worth it!!!
