Bad quality. Not worth the purchase. I am returning it. Customer service is good. They care about their reputation, so they are willing to take back the rug free of charge but this rug is horrible. It seems like a factory defect. Keeps rolling back, extremely thin, corners are already shedding apon arrival.

Horrible quality. Does not stay down. The corners are already ripped apon arrival so not sure how long before all the sides start tearing. It looks like a factory defect rug. I got scammed with this purchase. They listed the prices as very high and supposedly then put it on clearance. You think you're getting quality, but you're getting garbage which can't be returned unless you pay the shipping for returns.

They looked more pastel and less vibrant in a well lit hallway
I was really looking forward to getting these two runners for my long, well lit front hall. I was disappointed to find out how pastel blue and pink it looked in person, even though the photos make the colors more vibrant. I debated returning them but ultimately decided to keep them. After only a couple of weeks of use, one of them has started to fray on the side. The pad was decent quality.
