Amazing Durability
We have this rug in both our living room and office. Living room is definitely high traffic and it vacuums so well. Last weekend, 2 full potted plants were spilled on it and dirt went everywhere. I was so impressed with how it cleaned...vacuumed it and you can't even tell. I've read that it doesn't clean well with cleaning solution or water, but we haven't had to use that. We wipe up spills quickly and then just vacuum over it and we've had no issues. I've spot cleaned with water and you can'...

Looked used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought many rugs from Rugs USA and have been usually pleased with their product. However, this rug seemed to be either used and had a number of imperfections in the product. I belong to a meditation group and we use these jute rugs to place our cushions on. I'll keep it because it is too much of a hassle to send it back.

Disappointed
I bought this rug in August. Now 6 months later is still hasn’t flattened out. Frustrated and disappointed is an understatement because my sister had the same one and I love hers and she never had this issue
