The rug does not match the picture and quality I expected. It’s a shag rug which is not what I wanted. Color is dull and looks like a dirty cream. Would like to arrange return. Please send instructions to *****

Smelled horrible, for babies bedroom. Had to put outside on deck and wash and hose down, then wash and dry on kitchen floor. Still smells a little and not sure we can use in babies room.

This rug doesn't look anything like the photo. It's supposed to be tight weave and it's a cheap knockoff. It has a horrible chemical smell as well. Don't waste your money. These will be going back

Do Not Buy!

This is the worst rug we have ever purchased. The material is terrible and hard to clean. Sadly, we did not realize that we were outside the 90 day return window. Lowe’s apologized and repeatedly stated that we were outside the return window. This rug is not in a high traffic area and stained easily. Do not buy this rug.

Shag carpet rug

The rug showed up and looked nothing like the picture! You could barely see the swirls. It was more of a shag carpet than a rug. Awful. We promptly packaged it back up and returned it.

Great buy

The pile in the photos looks tight and soft. What I received was a low quality, sparse, shag. Very sad.
