Edges frayed in areas, rug came with spot and backing dirty

The rug came folded and after 72 hours I still have creases in it. It also came with a noticeable spot of some type of glue the size of a dime on the rug and the back of the rug was dirty. Further, the edges already look worn. This has all the appear of a return that they sent back out.

Sheds, gritty, damage

Threads pulling out in spots

Love this rug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is great, super thick without a pad, it has a subtle design. The color is paler in comparison to the online photos but I still like it. I have it under our master bed so it's a nice cushy rug to step onto in the morning.

Nice but sheds a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug looks nice. Ivory color looked similar to the picture. It sheds a lot. We have vacuumed over it about 50 times, and each time a lot comes off and still gets all over clothes if you sit on it. One corner doesn’t lay flat yet.

Arrived Used and Dirty

It arrived used and dirty. The color is not white ivory at all. It has black fibers all over the rug. Sheds a lot but expectable in first months, but why you send me used and dirty rug?

Great Rug - Plush Feel and Refined Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly as described. It is ivory, almost a cream color, not white, which is exactly what we were looking for. Very plush, soft and elegant rug. Design is subtle, again very elegant. We bought a large and a small for a large formal entry hall and they look great.

Color is way off...

Two issues. One miner to moderate: The smell is pretty strong for a wool rug. Major issue: the color is not neutral dark gray as all the pictures show it as. It is much lighter and has a strong blue cast such that from most angles it is more Dusty blue than gray. The picture below is the most representative I have been able to take as my camera wants to cast it yellow when it isn’t. Still deciding if I am going to return it.
