Beautiful and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really lovely rug! This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased these rugs and I still love them! They’re very thick and the creamy white with black colors are great modern neutrals that go with anything. Highly recommend.

Faded and colors blend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three of these rugs and the first two were great but this rug has half of the colors blended and faded together. It’s just in one patch and I’m not sure why it looks like this but it looks messy and worn upon unpacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug! It’s now the second one we’ve ordered because we loved the first one so much. The first is three years old and still looks good as new (and it’s in a kid’s room!) So pleased with the quality!

Not soft! Like sitting in a bed of cactus!

Not soft at all. When you sit on it, it’s like sitting on a bed of cactus. It is very uncomfortable and painful. We’ve tried vacuuming it daily to see if that would help but nothing has helped. My husband threw away the bag already so we can’t even return it. Will be throwing it away because can’t imagine donating something so painful to an unexpecting person. We got the 9x12 rug.

A nice rug

I love my new rug. I chose the red one. It looks nice in the living room. It is not too thin or not too thick. It didn't have any bad smell. The rug came very quickly and perfect condition. Thank you!!

Beautiful rug, but has an awful smell after weeks of airing out

The rug itself is beautiful and well-made. But after a couple of weeks laying out in the bedroom to air out, it’s still smells.

It works and was what I was looking for but the thing sheds so much!!!!

Moldy and stains

Stains on it and smells like mold. Called and received money back. Great customer service

Looks great, sheds a lot

Rug looks great. I ignored the shedding reviews thinking I will vacuum it enough to alleviate the shedding. Not possible, we vacuumed several times a day for the first several weeks, then several times a week for 6+ months, it’s still shedding, only looks nice for a day or so after vacuuming.

Great looks, quality?

The rug looks great and feels wonderful under foot. The issue is that I accidentally spilled a bit of my plain drinking water on it and there is a dark spot. Not sure if the backing colour leaked through? It was about a tablespoon of plain water and now I stare at this dirty looking spot. Disappointing!
