Soft but falling apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thick and soft however its slowly but steadily falling apart. The fibers are lifting out, they also get wound around out vacuum brush so cleaning is by hand and becoming a nuisance.

Pretty rug but does not hold up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a nice rug but started coming undone easily. I find tuffs all over the place from strands of the shag rug part coming undone

Do not buy

Don't buy this rug unless you want to buy a new one in 2 months. Received beginning of November and it's completely falling apart and bare in spots in January. Didn't use high vaccum suction or rollers, it's just trash.

Falling apart

I kept finding pieces of it all around my house, at first thinking it was because it was brand new and maybe it sheds a little. It is terrible quality for that price tag. Seeing how I get a refund .

This rug sheds excessively and leaves a strange oily residue on your feet. Fibers constantly come loose, requiring frequent cleanup.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So incredibly disappointed in this rug. We’ve had it down in our living room for about 10 days and it’s falling apart. Everyday I have to clean up the fibers that have come out. It’s almost balled at the foot of our recliner. Would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this rug for about a month and the pieces of carpet are just falling out, not from cleaning too rough or anything I'm doing, there's literally bare spots on the rug. It's a pretty rug just made very poorly.

Messy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not like the rug and returned. I had to sweep multiple times just to gather up the loose yarn threads that kept getting loose. Way to many to keep the rug. It would be a bald rug in 1 years time.

Beautiful Rug

Strings come out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My advice is do not purchase this rug. I pick up strings daily that have let loose. I’m going to have big holes showing the backing where strings have let loose soon. There were loose strings when I unpacked it and thought they just needed to be cleaned off but it continues daily to shed. I’ve had it 6 months and very disappointing.
