Beautiful but not well made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know my rugs. This is a beatifullly dyed rug, but it isn't knotted, so the wool pulls out from the backing very easily. My small dog tore out a section of the carpet while doing the dog move of scratching like when they muss up the covers! It took only seconds. So sad, because I had just bought a second matching rug.

Perfect color, elevated look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect neutral rug that still looks elevated even as it blends in seamlessly into the rest of the room. Naturally, there's some shedding in the beginning.

Soft, thick wool rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feel and thickness of this runner. It doesn't slip or move on my wood plank laminate floor. So many other runners I tried slipped and moved, and I tried every non-slip pad under the sun! Be warned, about the color...It leans towards pink. I was hoping for a true orangey Rust. The color isn't as deep as pictured. Its a soft, muted rust with pink undertones.

Feels luxe

It’s a very nice color, and with getting one of the larger sizes (9x12ish) I am having to use extra rug padding. There has been some shedding but nothing out of the ordinary. I e been able to maintain it with weekly vacuuming.

Sheds very badly

The description said this rug can shed for about 3 months, but I find the amount it sheds is excessive. This makes me wonder how long it will actually last. The color is a little lighter and not as speckeled looking as the picture. It is soft to the touch. I would not recommend this rug.

Color.

I have a fireplace made from sand stone and the colors are several variations of terracotta. The rug is perfect. Simple . The pad was disappointing. Too thin for my wood floors. The backing however is great and I put another pad with it. N

Not thrilled

Still disappointed less than a year later

I had left a review when we received this rug in June 2025, because it shed a TON immediately. I was told by Rugs USA that this was expected, so we kept it, but unfortunately it’s only gotten worse. The color of this rug is gorgeous, and we really wanted to love it - but the rug itself looks terrible. I vacuum every day but it continues shedding just by walking on it. It just looks so cheap and low quality, and we constantly find little pieces of rug everywhere. The quality has been such a let d...

Beautiful rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the rug hoping it would match my LVT floors and it’s perfect. Feels great under your feet, great quality. Definitely use a rug pad. I layered a calfskin on top of the rug.

Great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 9x12 for my living room where my black baby grand piano and linen flax couch sit.. This rug complements the room beautifully, the color is warm and cozy, exactly as pictured on the site photos and video, it’s not too bright and not too pale, feels very soft and natural to the feet. Exactly what we needed to finish the decor.

Perfect sophisticated upgrade!

The white flecks in the picture are thankfully much more subtle in real life. The green is very warm and flattering with walnut toned wood. One catch: get your rug pad elsewhere.
