Terrible rug, just terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is printed very cheaply, the color is garish and sleezy. It doesn’t even resemble what’s posted on the website I’m sending it back. Yuck

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this based on reviews and regretting it. Sure it’s pretty but even though it arrived rolled, it has ripples like it was folded. So I’ve put a yoga mat on top of it to flatten it. It’s been a week now and still not usable. Really disappointing

Terrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this exact rug back in 2019 and it was thick, soft, and beautiful. My dog had some accidents on the rug that wouldn't come out with a steam cleaner, so wanted to replace it with the same rug. This new version, while the same design, is terrible quality. It's thin and rough and even after a week it won't lay flat. It was shipped folded in half (WHY?!?!) and the creases will not budge. It's rippled and just looks terrible. Very disappoin...

Terrible quality and appearance

The rug arrived bent and frayed, the color and design are not as pictured. The beige background is dull and dirty-looking. Truly dreadful quality and excessively high fee to return.

Cheap and thin

This one is so cheap and thin. It was purchased for a closet so it's good enough but wouldn't want it in my living or bedroom.

Looks great

Would give it 5 stars but due to the folding of the rug, and I’m sure it’s shipped this way for a reason but there are ripples and it doesn’t lye flat. It’s been weeks and still it won’t flatten out. Rugs like this need to be rolled not folded.

Nice pattern, but poor quality

Nice Pattern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty color, I got the ivory gray. It’s very thin so I’m waiting on good rug pad to see if that helps. It was rolled and folded so working on getting it to lay flat.

Will NEVER flatten out. Ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this rug. It’s beautiful and I got it for an excellent price. But, when we took it out of its packaging, it was folded oddly at the end and in the middle. There’s kinks that don’t come out no matter what. We left it to lay for days to try and get the kinks out. We lightly wet it, put books on top to try and flatten it out. Nothing works. It’s in my toddlers room and he constantly trips over it. It’s incredibly frustratin...
