Ratings & Reviews for Noritz 11.1-GPM 199000-BTU Indoor Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater

Waste of money

Stay away from this company. Myself and my neighbor purchased this brand for our tankless water heater replacement a few years back. Both units make a very loud noise that sounds almost like a train horn when the hot water is turned on. I hear my neighbors unit from across the alley. The company representative tried to troubleshoot but couldn't find the problem. We need to pay a plumber to try to figure out or fix. Waste of money.

tankless Noritz water heater

since its installation by the end of November 2021, it is still working till now, around the middle of September 2022. so, it seems OK until now.

Long time to heat

It takes at least 40 seconds to get hot so I am not a fan. But it is nice to not worry about running out of hot water.

A very worthwhile upgrade to any home.

We couldn’t be happier with our Noritz tankless water heater. It provides endless hot water while saving us money and space over our old traditional water heater. Who could ask for more?

The GQ-C2859WX-FF US Tankless Water heater

It works like charm. No more worries about leaking tanks.

Best bang for the buck.

The water heater has functioned flawlessly since installation. I like the compact design and quiet operation. Quality of the unit is better than water heaters costing a good deal more.

Long time to get hot water

It takes a minute or longer for the hot water to come into the pipe. Is there an issue with the start up? A friend of mine has a Navien tankless water heater and very hot water is instant, even in bathrooms across the house!

Wonderful investment

Have had this unit installed for a few months now.. i am enjoying the peace of mind and constant hot water. No worries about ending up taking a cold shower..

Very good product

Working excellent so far and no issues I've experienced.

Endless water

Our tankless water heater give us end hot water, it’s great when you have people spending the night.

Better than expected

State of the art ! Gas company wants to know why my usage is so low.

Super Tankless Option!

Excellent tankless option for larger home. The unit keeps up woth our 3 baths and dishwasher perfect. Runs quiet and no issues at 7 months in!

Tankless water heater

I like its simplicity of operation, ease of installation( i didnt install but Hvac people said so). Provides excellent water temperature.

Tankless Hot Water

We get hot water quicker than from our old tank water heater. Water stays hot. Occasionally we get cold spurts which is weird causing us to adjust faucet to desired temperature but then get too hot a bit later. That could be from home piping but IDK.

Good, but...

Good except that it turns cold randomly mid stream for several seconds after producing hot water for several minutes. It does this intermittently.

Excellent tankless water heater

excellent unit, quiet and powerful. Great look too! Built exceptionally well. highly recommend this

We have have hot water again!

We were having trouble getting hot water to our master bath on the second floor of our house. We had to run the water at least 10 minutes or so to even get warm water. We also were having difficulty keeping hot water at the kitchen sink on the main floor, which was directly above where the tankless water heaters were located in the basement. If I had hot water running while doing the dishes and turned it off to wipe the counters, I would no longer have hot water when I turned it back on. We were...
