Completely Impressed!

I love everything about this product! I received mine last week and cooked sausage and peppers, pork chops and beef ribs this weekend and they all turned out perfectly done in less time and with less of a mess than using a regular stove top or outdoor grill. We have also tried the air crisp function and frys and chicken tenders come out crispy. I highly recommend!

I purchased 3 units since 2020: 1) for my daughter when she goes to college; 2) for my home used; 3) for my sister. The performance and reliability are excellent. Great customer service - technical issues solved immediately as well as online chat via camera - technician can see my unit perform from the other end. Therefore, trouble shooting is very quick. I am strongly recommended for anyone to buy the XL version.

Simply the best appliance I have in my kitchen.

This is singlehandedly the best cooking related item I’ve ever received, I use it almost daily and it cooks some of the best food I’ve ever had. Grilling=amazing air crisp=amazing there literally no use for a microwave after you get one of these. Just buy one you won’t regret it.

Thermometer doesn’t work

My husband Bought this as a gift for Christmas. The thermometer stopped working after two uses. I’ve only used it maybe 6 times total and the nonstick coating is already coming off the inside. Which is ridiculous when I take the time to hand wash everything. Definitely not worth the price point.

Well Made Product

I've had my grill for a few months now and I believe it's a good quality product. If I had any disappointment, it would only be that Ninja does not make a griddle top to fit this model.

Burns everything I make even when I lowe the temperature, I gave it away.

Unreliable

I bought this a couple of months ago and the temprature prob e is usless. Called customer support and they tolld me to wipe probe plug. The couple of times it worked is was great, but that didn't last. Don't waste your money on t5this product that has potential, but is cheapley made.

Temperature and timer control will not work.

The temperature arrow does not change the bake temperature unless I press the arrow multiple times, the arrow. must be held down for 20-30 seconds. Then drops the temperature or increases 40 or 50 degrees. Then I must press, hold to finally reach the correct temperature. The timer will not change from 350 degrees. Sometimes, after 45 seconds to a minute of holding down the arrow, it might change 5 degrees.

awesome Grill

i loved this grill since the first day I meet it. Today I realize its the BOMB. com. I frozes a steak I cooked 2 weeks ago & I put it back on the grill to reheat it & babeeee. its like I just bought it from the store today. Great buy I always use it!!!

Control panel has a mind of its own

I love the way this grill cooks steaks, burgers, and chicken and the air fryer has opened up a whole new world for me. However, the control panel buttons are very hard to control and sometimes the temperature changes on its own while I’m cooking. The up and down buttons are not sensitive to the touch. I have to continually press to get them to respond. Sometimes I have to turn the unit off and on a few times to get it to work at all. I’ve resorted to using the default settings and using anoth...

Better Than Expected

Wow, this grill not only cuts down the cooking time, it actually is easy to clean. I am not one who likes doing dishes, pots and pans, etc., the grill plate, grease screen and drip pan is so easy to clean being that they are made on non-stick materials, I really don’t mind doing so; you can even line the drip pan with aluminum foil to reduce the grease and juice drippings clean up. I love the way the salmon and burgers taste after using the grill. I can’t wait to prepare other foods in this gril...

Touch Panel Doesn’t Work

I’ve had this unit for 2 years now and it cooks great; however, I’ve always had a hard time adjusting the temperature down (I mainly air fry) but saw that it’s a known issue with the unit and have been able to fiddle with the position of my finger and the temp would go down. Fast forward to the last couple of weeks and there is zero ability to adjust the temp now so I have to set a timer on my phone. I really hope they’ve fixed this issue with more recent units. I have wanted to love this thing ...
