I love everything about this product! I received mine last week and cooked sausage and peppers, pork chops and beef ribs this weekend and they all turned out perfectly done in less time and with less of a mess than using a regular stove top or outdoor grill. We have also tried the air crisp function and frys and chicken tenders come out crispy. I highly recommend!

I purchased 3 units since 2020: 1) for my daughter when she goes to college; 2) for my home used; 3) for my sister. The performance and reliability are excellent. Simply the best appliance I have in my kitchen.
This is singlehandedly the best cooking related item I’ve ever received, I use it almost daily and it cooks some of the best food I’ve ever had. Grilling=amazing air crisp=amazing there literally no use for a microwave after you get one of these. Just buy one you won’t regret it.

Thermometer doesn’t work
My husband Bought this as a gift for Christmas. The thermometer stopped working after two uses. I’ve only used it maybe 6 times total and the nonstick coating is already coming off the inside. Which is ridiculous when I take the time to hand wash everything. Definitely not worth the price point.

Well Made Product
I've had my grill for a few months now and I believe it's a good quality product. If I had any disappointment, it would only be that Ninja does not make a griddle top to fit this model.
