tldr; it's pretty & worth it but it's not perfect

I have only had this for a couple days, but with three avid coffee lovers in this household it's had plenty of use already. Out of the box, this thing is gorgeous and I just had to get the emerald and gold because it goes perfectly with my kitchen decor. The green is the same color as my refrigerator (and opposite wall color) and the gold accents throughout my kitchen. Great expresso machine with lots of options

Got this a few months ago and it's been great. Tried a few different beans but finally got one and since then has consistently been good espresso. I usually have americano and it's great to have the hot water option built in. Also made flat white and the milk frother works great and quite consistent. The taste and consistency of the espresso has been really good. I use the lavazza espresso beans. Would definitely recommend this for anytime that wants a semi automatic espresso machine.

Easy to work

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for a month. I haven’t had any issues. I watched the video on YouTube for how to set it up and make each coffee type. It was very easy to follow along. It’s like having your own coffee bar - expresso, cappuccino… and even hot chocolate! The frother was easy to use. My only complaint is the frother on its lowest setting was loud. It’s easy to clean up. Overall if you love coffee it’s definitely worth it!

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We noticed that every other time we grind the same bean it recommends a different grind size, if you don’t grind it with the recommended size it either underfills or overfills the cup. Crema is good sometimes, but it is very inconsistent honestly. The tamping is hard to gauge as well, it feels like it’s going to break and sometimes it’s an uneven tamp, even if you focus on placement and level the grounds before hand. Not only is it absolutely stunning on my counter, but it makes the kind of rich, smooth espresso that I genuinely wouldn’t trade for a basic restaurant cup of coffee. The fresh ground beans, built in tamper, easy guided brewing make my morning coffee feel elevated without making it complicated.

My morning latte taste great with the push of a few buttons. The machine is smal but mighty, and is quite heavy but fits nicely on the countertop. Pretty but noisy

Really like this coffee machine for espresso but I find that the coffee isn’t consistent. Despite regular cleanings, recalibrating the beans and checking hard water status, I don’t feel like the coffee is consistent across the board. I still think it’s a fantastic machine that gives great espresso at home! It’s also super prettt on the counter! Also it is noisy. Not sure if that is across all espresso machines since this is the only one I have

Would love to try this out the ninja luxe Cafe pro the size is perfect durability looks great performance great material not bad weight is looks like some what in between

Better than a coffee shop

I no longer like getting coffee out when I can make a better cup at home. The espresso setting makes the perfect espresso, especially once it figures out the bean grind. Thankfully it takes a lot of the guesswork out for the perfect cup. I’ve started getting more experimental with different flavors of cold foam. It’s so fun making it at home

Coffee Shop Quality Right at Home!

I love a good coffee shop drink, but don’t a always love the coffee shop prices. This machine seriously gives you the whole cafe experience at home. You can make coffee espresso cold brew and dispense hot water for tea. My favorite part is how beginner friendly it is.
