What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this broom and dustpan combo for eliminating bending and helping those with back issues or mobility challenges. Most appreciate the lightweight design, integrated dustpan that clips for storage, and effective cleaning of dust, pet hair, and debris. The synthetic bristles are noted for durability and quick drying. However, many report quality concerns, particularly the dustpan handle breaking at the screw joint or failing to lock securely. Some mention a short handle, soft bristles, or small dustpan size. Despite durability issues, most customers find the ergonomic benefits and cleaning performance worthwhile for daily use.

I have shopped at Lowes for many many years. They are the best in the business. And the workers there are very friendly and are very knowledgeable. Lowes deserves 12 ************

Weak performance
Would Not RecommendThe dustpan lip doesn’t work well at all. Debris goes under it no matter how firmly it’s pressed to the floor (which is totally flat) or just stops at the rubber edge and won’t sweep into the pan. Bristles on the broom also leave small debris behind. Not a fan of this at all.

Good broom/so-so dustpan
The dustpan does not work as I expected. It will not bend and when you sweep debris on the dustpan it falls off. Broom performs as expected.
