Ratings & Reviews for Monument Mesa Stainless Steel 5 -Burner Infrared Liquid Propane Gas Grill 1 -Side Burner

It looks good so far.

Fantastic grill. Better than my Weber!!!

3 years under covered deck! scrap metal now.

if you use it a lot, it will not last more than a few years. the bottom has rusted out flavor bars are toast, the back section that holds the burners in place to allow the gas to enter the burner, has rusted out. the bars won't stay in place, the burners wont stay in place, the ignitor bad 2x now

Satisfied purchase

love it !!

bought one in April this year and loved it ! then bought another one for a gift to someone :)

Regret

it looks OK from the outside. it's the inside that really matters. the fire box is very thin painted steel. mine had several chips all over the inside. it's going to rust very quickly. so anyone that is giving it 4 or 5 stars, doesn't know what a good grill is. do not buy.

Great Grill, other reviewers don’t know anything.

I can tell a lot of people can’t use a simple grill. Like the dude who left a review saying it caught fire with a flammable bag under it. Or the guy who’s mad cause the cast iron rusted. Anyways this grill is great, heats up hot and has great temperature control. Very easy setup, the small castor wheels make it extremely to glide around.

Zero stars

On three separate occasions while the grill was already lit and operating at approximately medium to high heat, there was a sudden ignition inside the grill forceful enough to blow the lid open and cause the food across the cooking surface to catch fire. One incident occurred while using the sear burner, but the other two occurred without the sear burner being used. My concern is that propane may somehow be accumulating inside the grill while it is operating and then suddenly igniting. Potentia...

Check this grill out for yourself.

The features on this grill are truly amazing. I wanted to downsize from my six-burner units I had in the past but with the searing/broiling functions on this unit, my grilling abilities have actually expanded. The only hot spot on this grill is a controlled hot spot which makes broiling or searing easy. Love the cast iron grate, the easy battery change ignition, the lighted knobs, the side burner and the large window in the hood. I had this unit assembled and delivered by Lowes and I must say th...

High End Features for a Great Price.

Overall simply a great grill, fast heating, cast iron grates, and features that make it worth the price. This grill has the burners mounted slightly higher than my old grill, so the heat is not wasted. In my opinion this grill is just as good if not better than some of the more expensive big-name grills on the market. I have been told that owners of Monument Grills when replacing a grill stay with Monumentand my current feeling is that if I ever need to replace this grill I will stick with Mon...

Sharp edges

Warning! Alot of the corners and edges are razor sharp! I'm currently in the hospital getting my finger wrapped. Cut me like butter. I circles the specific spots that cut me. I'm sure if i keep looking I'll find more. Take caution. I will file down those spots and cover with tape. Grill seems good. Make sure you season the grates before you cook. It seems like a good

Not as Well Made As Expected

I purchased my unit as an assembled demo unit. It had not been used but had been outside I am guessing for most of the summer. I got it for a good price but I could already see that the chrome drain pan already had rusted in parts as well as parts of the flame tubes and even parts of the frame. I have had other grills that cost slightly less that did not show rust as soon. I don't get why companies don't use stainless steel that doesn't rust. Don't they know that grills stay outside? Also the he...
