Poor assembly by Lowe’s

I bought this in plenty of time for a Labor Day party. Problem is that it was assembled incorrectly and arrived dented. When we started it we could hear a gas leak. Rather than risk an accident we shut it down and went with the charcoal grill. We will be returning it tomorrow. I want to emphasize that it is NOT the product but the assembly and delivery that are the problem.

Great grills this is my 2nd one my first one I’ve had 10 years and it still functions flawlessly I just wanted to upgrade

A bit disappointed

I don't feel that the temperature readings are accurate. They appear to be off by 80 to 100 degrees. I am still getting to know the grill though, so I'll keep an open mind for now. Also, NOT impressed with all of the plastic that has been added to this model. My previous Monument Grill was all stainless and it was a lower end model compared to this new one.

Nice features and quality built

I own the smaller grill that lacks the additional features, and while I appreciate it, I must admit that I prefer this one significantly more. It's certainly worth the extra $200 for this grill. Someone brought up the issue of flare-ups! I maintain cleanliness and take good care of my equipment, and I haven't encountered this problem at all.

Great addition to back yard

My wife bought the605P as a surprise for me. Great grill, still learning about it. Easy to pair with the app/Bluetooth. Only downside is all the whistles and bells drain the batteries quickly

Gas Grill

Had a little delay with the assembly but the front-end manager Eric got it completed. The only real gripe was the virtual assistant said i was ready for pick up when it hadn't even been assembled yet. Shared my concern with Tori at the service desk and she said they have had a lot of gripes about it, but nothing was being done about it. Dean

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been grilling up dinner almost every night this past week! Easy to use and so powerful!

Grill arrived with a few

Grill arrived with a few dents and bent pieces but nothing to major. Due to a physical injury that limits my mobility, I'm still working on the units assembly.

not a very good grill

Good so far

Have only had this grill for a short while. So far I've cooked on it twice with good results. It comes up to temperature quickly, and has plenty of heat to cook a nice steak. Esthetically, its attractive and I like the digital temp display and backlit gas knobs. Im not real happy with the App. Maybe i dont understand how it works, but at this point it doesn't.

Not hot enough. Stops at 367 degrees no higher

Nice grill. Love the window and how everything looks. My problem is not hot enough. I maxed out all the knobs to high expecting to go to at least 500 degrees. No luck, temperature capped at 367 degrees. Don’t know if I got a faulty unit. I will reach the store about it!

From assembly to grilling performance, this was a perfect replacement for the bbq grill I had for the last 26 years
