Ratings & Reviews for Moen Adjustable curved shower rod 60-in to 72-in Chrome Tension Single curve Adjustable Shower Curtain Rod

great product for the money

have a problem with putting cover plate over the mounting plates on the shower rod , I like the product I just can"t get the covers to hold

Reasonable overall quality but ...

... the brackets that mount to the wall are plastic ! The rod itself and caps are of good quality but the brackets, not so much.

MOEN Curved Shower Rod

Excellent finish and easy to install. Great buy for the money. Would recommend and buy another one.

So much extra room!

This curtain rod rocks! It makes my shower feel SO much bigger!

Great product

East installation with the cutout diagram. Almost mounted the bar too low to attach the flange once the screw were in. Bar does have some play in it due to the swivel bracket that connects it to the wall. Wish there was some way to tighten that up. Bar looks good and hooks slide smooth

Shower rod

This is a great product everything you bought from moen has been excellent

Cover broke

This rod looks good except that the piece that holds the cover on broke during installation. All I did was lightly push as per the directions. This is made cheap. Pretty dissatisfied, guess I’ll go find some superglue.

Not sure yet - still waiting to use it.

Well, we bought it, but we're waiting for it to be installed as our reno wages on. For what it's worth, the workers spoke highly of it, said it was very good.

Two Pieces Better Than One

This Moen is far better than what I thought was the same model on Amazon! I discovered that a mounting bracket was missing from the one purchased on Amazon in the middle of installation so I purchased this one at Lowe's. This two-piece rod felt more solid and was easier to work with. Highly recommend!

Shower rod

Outstanding shower rod. The installation instructions are a little wonky. I found it easier to attach the brackets before installing the rod. The instructions say to put everything together and then attach it to wall

Curvey

Went up easily - supplied plastic wall inserts. Beware: Since the curtain is curved, it needs to be hung several inches lower than a straight rod. Using the typical placement hole locations of a straight rod will have the curtain too short as it is pulled across the shower.

Easy install

Installation is easy. Better than other manufacturers that had larger opening on cover.

Install Issues, but good product

I bought this about a week ago. I had difficulty installing because of the cheap metal wall anchors. The screws would freeze and not turn. I had to do some research to remove a defective anchor without damaging the dry wall in the bathroom. Succesfull thanks to U-tube video. I like the product, the problem is the hardware that comes with it is very cheaply manufactured.

Great product

Bought a new house and was looking for some small upgrades. Have always liked the curved shower curtain rods and this one fit perfectly with our bathroom and looks great!

upgrade your existing tub/shower with this curtain

The curved rod gives us So much more space in the shower and the permanent (screws) vs tension model works best. We remodeled our bathroom a few years ago with a deep soaking tub and this shower curtain rod was the icing on the cake for an amazing bathroom we look forward to using each day.
