Would Not RecommendThe mounting design is not adequate to keep the faucet tight against the sink. It needs to have a better mounting bracket to hold it in place. For 3wl hole sinks there should also be clips to screw the faucet base into the other two sink holes.

Would Not RecommendThe problems I have: 1. The handle doesn't swivel a full 180 degrees (only about 120), so I can't get the hottest or coldest water. 2. The spray function is very forceful and it's difficult not to make a mess when I need to "lock it in."

"Not Easier To Assemble "
Would Not RecommendYou included a defective secure nut that holds the washer against the sink.Instead of being hex-shaped & round to fit the threaded copper? pipe it was oblong& would not fit the tool..took a 1/2 hr to screw 3".to secure sink.wonderful engineering.

good product but no installation instructions
Unfortunately Moen does not provide installation instructions. Scanning the code dod not help as you are directed to some other app that must be download. Surprising thar Moen could not be bothered to provide a direct link. I found instructions (youtube video) on line. The faucet itself is excellent in design looks and function.

Short life cartridges
Would Not RecommendBought the Reno about 8 years ago and works great except for the cartridge failure about every 2 years. The faucet will start leaking on its own without any notice. Factory sent me one cartridge which lasted about 2 years before failure. I have replaced it on my own 2 to 3 times on my dime. Plan to replace with Moen Branford 7295SRS. After leaks and clean up wouldn’t recommend this model. Glad I was home for both failures

Like the faucet
Would RecommendJust installed my faucet and it looks and feels great. When I was registering it though, it felt to me like I have to live in the US to be able to fill out the warranty. I bought your product in Canada where I live and yet the warranty form would only let the purchaser use a zip code. In Canada we have a postal code of which does not fit your form. Please change so I can get some warranty in purchases to come. Thank you for your time.

Love the design of this replacement faucet
Would RecommendWe received t he replacement faucet in three days and it was installed yesterday. It is a great improvement on the original design. The spray wand with the ball joint and smaller hose moves smoothly in and out of the faucet. The pressure is good and design improved. Thanks for honoring your lifetime warranty. It is a pleasure buying Moen products.,

Would RecommendInstallation was easy with excellent instructions. Hardest part was removal of an old KWC faucet that had been in the sink for 25 years. So far its working fine and it looks great. I was somewhat disappointed in the plastic pullout spout. It feels very cheap. Hope it lasts.
