Would RecommendHad pretty good luck with a couple other Moen faucets. Got the pull down Annabelle single handle to replace by old separate handle and sprayer model. I am very happy with the new faucet. During the install by the pro I realized it came with hoses so I was able to return the two I had bought to change out. Flow rate is quite adequate, faucet looks great, retractable sprayer works well and retracts as it should.

You have to pull the handle forward for cold water
Would RecommendThe sideways handle, kids can easily get burned with our extra hot water and the confusion of pulling the handle forward for cold and back for hot. Js
