Don’t waste your money

I bought 2 of these faucets and they’re beautiful. We had them professionally installed (since we know nothing about plumbing) and now about a year later the sprayer on BOTH of them is stuck in the on position. Looks like another hefty plumber expense is in our near future.

Installation was easy. This is the second Moen kitchen faucet that I have installed in 20 years. The old one was in need of replacement because of the minerals in the water. When I needed a part for the old one, Moen was always very helpful. I love the new faucet and doing business with Moen.

it took longer to take the old one out than put the new one in and so far I'm loving the new faucet everything seems smooth and when ordering it it got here fast and packaged well everything look good and went together good and everything I needed was in the box

We could not get a hands on the product since it was displayed on the top row in store. When we got it home we found out the main piece that was under where the facets and the spot sits is plastic. We were tired and sick of running errands and the facet we were replacing had a warrenty we just installed it. Time will tell

The faucet is a simple sleek design. Easy to install, and works great. The handles turn extremely smooth.

Diverter Challengers

Never experienced water coming from only the Side Spray and not the Spout and now having to repair what appears to be a Diverter valve. To be fair, Moen's CSR team has been incredible, still; really?

Moen Install.

Just installed the Moen CA87000SRS Kitchen faucet. Just wish that the packaging of this product had a statement, in a prominent place, stating that the water lines were not included!
