What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for its sleek, stylish design and effortless installation, with most noting the pull-down sprayer operates smoothly and intuitively. Many highlight excellent water pressure and reliable performance, with several replacing older models after 20+ years of use. Installation is consistently described as quick and straightforward, even for DIYers. A small number report minor issues like occasional drips after shut-off or slightly reduced pressure, but these do not diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers consider this a worthwhile upgrade and express strong confidence in long-term durability.

I like the color and coordination of my sink and faucet, not purchased together. Different stores. lol

Looks good but faucet drips when shut off. Three to five drips then stops. Poor design.

Great faucet. Replacing older identical one after a new water heater install. Would have given it 5 stars, but some of the new parts are plastic, while the old were metal. They look and work great, but concerned about their long term durability.

Excellent Faucet
My new faucet was installed after my kitchen remodel was completed. I love this faucet. It has a finish that keeps it shiny and clean. All I have to do is wipe it with a towel and no spots just shine. The pull down faucet head with 2 choices (straight line water flow or sprinkler flow) is easy to use. Keep up the good work Moen!

Beautiful and functional!
This is a gorgeous pull-down kitchen faucet. We replaced our Kholer pull-down faucet, which was a nice faucet, with this more attractive unit. So far, sooo good!
