What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for its sleek, modern design and reliable performance. Most highlight the beautiful finish, intuitive pull-down sprayer with smooth stream and spray modes, and convenient touchless functionality. Installation is consistently described as straightforward and DIY-friendly with clear instructions. Users report strong water flow, precise temperature control, and responsive operation that exceeds their previous models. A small number mention occasional dripping after shut-off or minor flow concerns, but these issues are far outweighed by positive experiences. Would Not RecommendThe faucet installed easy enough, but the pressure was very low. we had to clear the lines multiple times to get all the black pieces of plastic out of the lines. It was a hassle to have to keep turning off the water and disconnecting the lines. I expect more from Moen.

Delivery failed
Would Not RecommendI purchased this faucet for my younger brother that lives in Macomb Michigan. He was asking me for some help since his other faucet broke. I also purchased for the installation that’s suppose to be happening tomorrow. My brother telling me the faucet hasn’t shown up yet.

Missing parts
Would Not RecommendProduct was exactly what was needed, but there were critical parts missing that required a return trip to the store. Box was factory sealed and strapped so that doesn’t reflect well on Moen’s quality control.
