Would Not RecommendThe plate keeps coming loose. It says it is for 3 holes but there is only a center screw. The plate just covers the other 2 but doesn't hold it in place.

Would RecommendThis Moen faucet replaced the Moen faucet that lasted over 20 years. I'm very satisfied with the Moen faucet and I would recommend Moen to every one. However, during checkout I asked about having it installed. Simple installation costs $249.00. I suggest buyers wanting installed find their own plumbers. I paid only $125. Professional install in about 30 minutes. Removed the old one, installed the new one. Suggest Vinson plumbing for installation.

Faucet spray gun attatchment
Spray attachment stop operating after one-two years. Pressure "button" gets stuck in the off position thus becoming useless. This has happened to me with both the faucet I have had in the past 10-15 years. Love the product except for this issue

Sprayer sticks/fails after 7-8 months
Would Not RecommendI installed this faucet in my kitchen sink in January 2025. In July/August we started to have an issue where the sprayer would get stuck in the on position and not release. I took the whole mechanism apart to see if anything was stuck or gunky, and couldn't find anything obviously wrong. I eventually called Moen and they sent out a free replacement sprayer with no questions when they heard what model it was. So, fine customer service as far as that goes.
