What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to be a generally well-received kitchen faucet with several positive attributes, including great features, easy installation, an attractive design, and durable, long-lasting construction. Many customers report the faucet lasting 7-16 years. However, some concerns have been expressed about the use of cheaper, more lightweight materials compared to previous models, as well as occasional issues with leaks or reduced water pressure over time. Overall, the faucet seems to be a reliable, high-quality option that most customers are satisfied with, though a small subset have had less positive experiences.

Kitchen faucet
Love TBE faucet, very light, easy to use. Only problem is finding serial number which I didn't so don't really know if its registered or not.

Design and operation
Would RecommendGreat style and easy to install. Works so easily and smoothly. So much better than the faucet I replaced(which wasn't a Moen).

Moen is an American Company
Would RecommendI buy Moen due to its an American company which has its Headquarters located approx. 25 miles from me - so I support them mucho. I am a little saddened by the fact there were no installation instructions inside the box the Moen pull out kitchen faucet came in. I have installed many faucets in my lifetime and was able to do it with no problem, but the younger or more inexperienced person(s) might not be so experienced and have a difficult time installing and could cost you futrue customers, so ...

Love the design.
Would RecommendThe style worked best for me. I have a cabinet above the sink and was limited to space and this fit perfectly. I have a Moen faucet in my bathroom and it looks great and works like it was just installed (going on 5 years). Moen was recommended by plumber then.

Nice Faucet
Would RecommendThere were no installation instructions with the faucet. You Tube videos showed a stabilizing bracket for sinks less than 1/2 inch thick which was not included with the faucet. It is a very nice looking faucet.

Stylish and great water pressure
Would RecommendWe replaced a faucet with horrible water pressure. With no warranty recourse we purchased the Moen. Knowing that any problems are usually covered with excellent customer service. Easy installation that did not include a frustrated husband which was a wonderful experience for me. :)

Would RecommendThe faucet is working great; I am still getting use to it as it is a bit smaller than the previous Moen pullout faucet I owned. So far so good.

Stylish
Would RecommendDaughter bought this for my Bath vanity and I love it! It moves out of the way to wash my face and spigot pulls out to wash sink, hair, brushes, combs, etc. Stylish and convenient!

Beware of pictures with inadequate description.
Would Not RecommendQuite disappointing to learn that the stainless faucet is actually about 50% plastic.

Looks good and price is ok but...
If I would have known the pull out handle was plastic (probably says it right on the box and I didn't catch it), I may have opted for something else. Also, the water flow seems so much more restricted than our old Eclipse model we had to replace. However, the installation was a breeze compared to removing the old one. lol! All in all, this will work but seems 'cheap' with the plastic handheld.

Great looks & value!
Would RecommendI bought this last week and DIY install is sometimes a back challenge, but the harder part was actually removing the older faucet being replaced. So far so good after a few days, no leaks, works great!

nice faucet
Would Recommenda beautiful brushed spot resistant stainless faucet that large and rises above the sink high enough for a great clearance.

Easy to Install Well Made
Would RecommendInstallation was straight forward and relatively easy. Construction of the post and handle appears to be robust as it is chrome plated metal (zinc?). The spray wand part appears to be chrome plated plastic. How durable that part is remains to be seen. The light weight of the plastic spray wand is an advantage. The switch to select spray or stream works well. The only deficiency is the single hole mounting nut and washer assembly which makes the faucet attachment area flex when mounted in t...
