after 3 months, it stopped functioning as expected

It stopped mixing, or releasing any, cold water after three months of use. Moen says I should clean the filters, which I will try. But the point is that a new faucet shouldn't fail after three months. My last faucet lasted 16 years. Also, something I wish I had known before purchase...you need to buy another part if you expect this faucet to function when the power goes out.

Touch less faucet

We like the faucet. Similar to the other ones we had, in our last 2 houses. Wish it had dual sensors tho, or just the top

Very well made and works as it should. Good instructions to install and it came with the hoses to connect to the shut off values which was a savings.

Was fine but now hot is low flow trickle

Had the faucet a few years and recent the hot water flow is now VERY low using the handle. If I pull the batteries and reset with the handle in the hot position and use the sensor the flow is OK. When the handle is used the hot goes back to low flow and even when using the sensor it’s still low until batteries are pulled to recycle. We’re in FL and lost water in hurricane Milton and first thought hot might be clogged. I pulled the diverter and it seems gone. By cycling the unit with batteri...

PIECE OF JUNK - do not buy

We have had nothing but problems with this 1 1/2 year old faucet. The last straw was today when we were told by the Moen phone help that it appears the motor had gone bad. The kicker was Moen will send a new one to arrive in 2-4 days. What are we to do to wash dishes in the meantime? Then I have to pay someone to install it. I’m done. Went out and bought a new faucet without all the technology .

Beauty Over Function UGH…

My faucet was installed in Oct. 2023, it’s now Jan. 2024 (4 months for folks that don’t feel like counting) and the motion sensor has completely failed. I only have manual function at the moment (at least I can still use it I guess). Tried all the troubleshooting to no avail. Womp womp…

Functional and smart

This faucet is a huge improvement over our previous touchless faucet (Delta) that had a sensor in the front. Needless to say, it was easily triggered. The side sensor is smart. I also like the finish which doesn't show fingerprints or spots. It took us a while to get used to putting the handle down for cold water since it was opposite on our previous faucet. The one thing I would change is to have the spray be more directed and not have as wide of a spray. That's just a small detail. Over...

I love the no hands aspect of this faucet. However it turns on by itself while the dishwasher is running. We have not figured out why. We have to turn off the no hands feature when we run the dishwasher. A little inconvenient but thankfully we don’t have to use the dishwasher as frequently as we use the faucet.

I was a little worried, but the installation was easy. Toughest part was removing the old faucet. Looks good, works great!

Classic Design and Functionality
