Good idea, faulty design.

You will need to add an extension to the water pipe from the wall as the magnetic hand held shower is too close to the wall. Also, the hand held does not shut off entirely, it leaks, reducing pressure to the main shower head. Good idea, faulty design.

Best Shower

I just installed this new magnetix shower head and i swear, it was the best shower of my life. I love how adjustable all the settings are and the push button makes switching between settings much easier!

The design is very good & works wonderfully

With low ceilings we were afraid it would end up being too high from the fixture & we would get spray all over. It was fine. It installed with ease and performs excellently. The pulse is wonderful for tired muscles & aches & pains. The spray gives more than enough to thoroghly rinse off easily.

Not for use with tankless water heaters!

The water flow restrictor tricks the tankless water heater into turning off, and the water goes cold, always for the first time right in the middle of a shampoo. You need to turn off the water for a minute, then turn it back on for the water to warm up again. Standing in the cold for a minute each time, about 7 times per shower, is not something I would like to do when winter arrives! Just what I was looking for

Easy to install, looks great, functions as I want with multiple options available. It makes it easier for people with limited mobility with the handheld wand. Very nice.

Would like to make this recommendation. You show us how to find Model number for registration But fail to tell us where the Serial Number is….come on!

Disappointing

I bought this a month ago I was happy until the button on the handheld sprayer fell out tried popping it back in but it doesn’t stay on hopefully customer service will solve this problem

Bought this to upgrade our current handheld Moen showerhead. Love it! Great features, large shower head has great coverage and flow, handheld unit has multiple functions and great flow. Love that there is a button on the handheld to turn flow off to a trickle. Easy to dock the handheld unit. Very easy to install, can't say enough good things about this unit. Very happy with purchase Will recommend to family and friends.

Engage Magnetix: easy installation and many spray

I bought this dual shower head model after my wife used my shower that has just a handheld head and liked it. I looked at numerous suppliers and products and showed them to my wife. After quite a bit of consideration plus our experience with a lot of Moen fixtures, ordered the Engage 26010 model. Love the Shower question the quality

This unit was installed in Feburary of 2022 - Great shower head and the handheld was great. BUT the on off trigger on the hand held worked great for about 6 months now it doesn't turn off. I turned to Moen for some help with a replacement so we'll see. Have had great luck with moen products in the past
